As a dipping sauce for most any fried or baked appetizer you can’t go wrong with honey mustard sauce. But that’s not all. Ham, sausage, chicken, pretzels, etc. all go well with this honey mustard sauce. Enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon Champagne Mustard sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Procedure:
- Combine all ingredients and thoroughly blend together
- Transfer to glass jar, seal or cover bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour before use.
Advanced Preparation:
- Intended to be prepared in advance and refrigerated till needed.
Tips, Notes, and Variations:
- For a honey mustard salad dressing gradually whisk ¾ cup safflower oil to form a creamy dressing.
- When whisking in a bowl on the counter, put a towel under it to keep it from spinning around.
