Description:

Mojo originated in the Canary Islands, where the main varieties are red mojo (mojo rojo) and green mojo (mojo verde). Other countries have recipes similar to mojo, where acid ingredients such as vinegar, lemon, orange or lime juice may be used.

Procedure:

  1. In bowl, mix Salsa Verde and Pico de Gallo, lime juice, orange juice, and olive oil until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Refrigerate till ready to use.
