Description:
Mojo originated in the Canary Islands, where the main varieties are red mojo (mojo rojo) and green mojo (mojo verde). Other countries have recipes similar to mojo, where acid ingredients such as vinegar, lemon, orange or lime juice may be used.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Salsa Verde
- 1 cup Pico del Gallo
- 1 cup freshly squeezed sour orange juice
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Procedure:
- In bowl, mix Salsa Verde and Pico de Gallo, lime juice, orange juice, and olive oil until smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Refrigerate till ready to use.
