A Little Personal History:
French fries, baked potatoes are great. Yet so many times I’d something in between.Potato wedges works for me ? As the photos below show, versatile and filling in so many ways ?

- 4 russet potatoes
- 1/4 cup Baked Potato Seasoning Oil

Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 425 degrees F.
- Scrub potatoes in cold water and on cutting board, cut each potato into eighths and set aside on plate.
- Whisk seasoning oil in small bowl and with potatoes add into a resealable plastic bag. Seal the bag, then shake to coat the potatoes with the seasoning.
- Place the potatoes over an ungreased baking sheet or sheet covered with foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the potato wedges are easily pierced with a fork, about 25 minutes.

- While these wedges should be eaten immediately, they can be refridgerated even frozen and then re-heated when ready to eat
