A Little Personal History:
On a cold Colorado winter night, there’s nothing quite like some piping hot cheese dip with chips and bread. Here’s my favorite ?

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Cheddar Beer Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tbl. Picco de Gallo
- 2 tablespoons Pot Luck Chili
- 3 dash Scorching Hot Sauce
- 1 Bread Bowl or serving bowl
- Tortilla and Pita Chips
- Red, Green & Yellow Bell Peppers sliced length-wise for dipping

Instructions
- Clean and cut bell peppers with width and length to use with dip. Set aside in small serving bowl.
- In medium mixing bowl add all ingredients, mix completely with spoon or fork.
- Transfer to large skillet and heat to serving temperature at 350F. Stir occasionally.
- When ready to serve, transfer dip to bread bowl or serving bowl.
- Alternatively, place Pita Chips around serving plate and transfer dip to bowl.
- Serve immediately with bell peppers, Tortilla and/or Pita Chips.

Advanced Preparation:
- Step 1-2 can be refrigerated till ready to heat and serve.
Tips, Notes, and Variations:
- To save a dish to clean, you can just use the large skillet to mix and heat.
