Creamy Parmesan Peppercorn Dip and Dressing
Tags: dressing, parmesan, pepercorn
A Little Personal History:
This is my “go to” creamy dressing for any kind of cobb or club style salad i.e. chicken, ham, bacon, cheese, egg, veggies, mixed greens, etc.
This is your basic creamy dressing. Without anything else, you could mix mayonnaise, sour cream in equal proportions, some tablespoons of milk for consistency and there’s your dressing. Apoundeit, a little bland but then just add your seasonings and viola … a salad dressing that tastes great yet takes only minutes to whip up.

Tips, Notes, and Variations:
- There are so many favorable variations you can add to this basic cream sauce. For example, if you’d like garlic, add a finely chopped garlic clove. Perhaps just add some ranch dressing mix.
