A Little Personal History:

Every so often I’m in the mood to transition a nice tomato soup left over to a great tomato soup salad dressing. Here’s how I do it.

Description:

Categories: Salad Dressing
Servings: 2+ cups
Time: – Preparation:   15 minutes
– Refrigeration:   2 hours
Equipment: Cutting board and knifes, measuring cups and spoons, blender or food processor
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. On cutting board, chop onion and garlic. Transfer to blender or food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and puree.
  3. Store in sealed glass container and refrigerate for at least two hours, to marry flavors, before using.

Advanced Preparation:

  • Dressing can be done in advanced and refrigerated till needed.
