Tomato Soup House Salad Dressing

A Little Personal History:
Every so often I’m in the mood to transition a nice tomato soup left over to a great tomato soup salad dressing. Here’s how I do it.

Equipment: | Cutting board and knifes, measuring cups and spoons, blender or food processor |

Ingredients:
- 1 small yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
- 2 cups Tomato Soup
- 1 ¼ cup olive oil
- ⅔ cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Champagne Mustard Sauce
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Procedure:
- On cutting board, chop onion and garlic. Transfer to blender or food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients to blender and puree.
- Store in sealed glass container and refrigerate for at least two hours, to marry flavors, before using.
Advanced Preparation:
- Dressing can be done in advanced and refrigerated till needed.
