Set aside in medium bowl.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cookwithlars.com\/\/blanched-tomatoes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blanch<\/a>, skin &amp; dice tomatoes. Set aside in medium bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add curry, salt, pepper to small bowl and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Chop onion and mince garlic. Set aside in small bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare rice per instructions.<\/li>\n<li>In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat, don&#8217;t allow to brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add garlic and onion and saute with wooden spoon until onions are soft.<\/li>\n<li>Add ground beef and brown.<\/li>\n<li>Add curry seasoning, peas and tomatoes.
