Grilled Vegetables

A Little Personal History:
When grilling some great meats, fish, poultry, etc; you always need some great grilled veggies to go along. Here’s how I grill vegetables.

Equipment: | Cutting board and knife, measuring cup, large plastic resealable bag or bowl and cover, BBQ grill, vegetable grilling basket, basting brush, metal spatula |

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Lars”s Grilled Vegetables Marinade.
- 4 cups vegetables of your choice (I.e. zucchini, yellow summer squash, red onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, asparagus, etc)
Procedure:
- On cutting board, cut vegetables of your choice into bite size pieces. Transfer to large resealable plastic bag.
- Prepare marinade per instructions.
- Pour marinade into vegetables bag, seal and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Pre-heat grill on high heat.
- Transfer marinade vegetables to grilling basket. Pour marinade into small bowl.
- Place vegetable basket on grill and brush vegetables with marinade during grilling.
- Turn vegetables with spatula as needed till cooked through and lightly browned. 15-20 minutes.

- If you don”t have a large plastic bag, use a bowl with cover for marinade.
