A Little Personal History:

When grilling some great meats, fish, poultry, etc; you always need some great grilled veggies to go along. Here’s how I grill vegetables.

Time: – Preparation:   10 minutes
– Marinade:         3 hours
– Cooking:         20 minutes
Equipment: Cutting board and knife, measuring cup, large plastic resealable bag or bowl and cover, BBQ grill, vegetable grilling basket, basting brush, metal spatula
Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. On cutting board, cut vegetables of your choice into bite size pieces. Transfer to large resealable plastic bag.
  2. Prepare marinade per instructions.
  3. Pour marinade into vegetables bag, seal and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. Pre-heat grill on high heat.
  5. Transfer marinade vegetables to grilling basket. Pour marinade into small bowl.
  6. Place vegetable basket on grill and brush vegetables with marinade during grilling.
  7. Turn vegetables with spatula as needed till cooked through and lightly browned. 15-20 minutes.

Advanced Preparation:

 

Tips, Notes, and Variations:

  • If you don”t have a large plastic bag, use a bowl with cover for marinade.
